The addressee and/or recipients of this Proposal understand and acknowledge that the proprietary information shall not be disclosed by the addressee and/or recipients of this Proposal without the specific written consent of an individual authorized by JJ Carson to provide such consent. The addressee and/or recipients of this Proposal further understand and acknowledge that all information relating to this Proposal and provided by JJ Carson, and any and all trade secrets of JJ Carson, and any and all other information is confidential and proprietary, and shall not be released to others, nor shall such information be publicly released except upon the express written consent of an individual authorized by JJ Carson to provide such consent.
